Mrs Kim's Kimchi starts with only the finest ingredients available. We handpick our vegetables & fruits, including sweet Fuji apples & Asian pears. We use authentic, Korean, sun-dried red pepper flakes, solar sea salt, wild-caught anchovies, stock made from local grass-fed beef and more. We package everything by hand and let Mother Nature do her thing, allowing the kimchi to ferment right in the jar, undisturbed from the time it is packed in our kitchen until you open it in yours.
